Group and On-Site Visits

Several people at one location, which multiplies every staffing question rather than changing it.

Providers do take group bookings at houses, offices and events, and the logistics are straightforward enough. The part that is easy to lose in the planning is that a group booking is still a set of individual medical encounters. Each person gets screened individually, each person can be declined individually, and nobody should feel like the group has made the decision for them.

Ask how many clinicians are actually coming for the number of people booked, and who is watching the room while lines are running. Ask how a private screening conversation happens at a venue where everyone can hear. Ask what the plan is if one person reacts while others are still connected. A provider who has done this carefully will have answers ready, because those are the first questions any organizer should be asking.
